2. DO NOT - Assume that the caller is who he/she claims even if they sound sincere and indicate that they are soliciting funds for a worthwhile cause.

4. DO CALL- The FCC and report those that are "Spoofing" their caller ID at 1-888-CALL-FCC or file a formal complaint at the following website:
